Gravity forms Wordpress Plugin took me about Three minutes to setup and is used to give a way a free Google SEO Starter Guide. Its collects the name and email of the customer and subcriber , adds it to a list, redirects the customer to another page with more detail and a download link, then sends them an e-mail which incorporates a download link and offer to subscribe by RSS. Quite like what an email service like Mail Chimp or Aweber etc does just better because it sends the mails to the subscriber from your own email and you do not have to pay a continuing monthly charge. Not bad for a premium wordpress plugin with addons as well!
